1 General Terms & Conditions

By using jl7.si, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. It is mandatory to read these terms in full before registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on jl7.

Jl7 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and members will be notified where possible. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international regulations. jl7 operates under an international gaming license.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account on jl7. If a false date of birth is provided during registration, the account will be terminated and any winnings may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

The name, address, and ID details provided at registration must be completely accurate. jl7 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Providing false information will result in account termination.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration.
• Sharing account login credentials with others is prohibited.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.
• Keep your password strong and update it regularly.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Jl7 accepts deposits via mobile banking, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in BDT.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method.
• Deposited funds may only be used within your own account.
• Depositing from another person's account is prohibited.
• Suspicious deposits may be subject to investigation.

Deposits are generally processed instantly. However, some methods may take 1–3 business days. jl7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing winnings from jl7. Withdrawal requests for large amounts will not be processed on unverified accounts.

General Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, wherever possible.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies.
• Diamond VIP members receive instant withdrawals.

Processing Time

Standard members have withdrawals processed within 12–24 hours. Gold VIP members within 1–4 hours, and Diamond VIP members instantly. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on jl7 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read and understand the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement — for example, x30 means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. Slots generally count at 100% of the bet, Live Casino at 15%, and Sports Betting at 85%.

Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another member.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

Cashback bonuses generally carry no wagering requirements. However, specific promotions may have their own conditions — please read the details of each offer carefully.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on jl7 are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to every game and market. For Sports Betting, jl7 sets the maximum bet amount per event, and this is subject to change.

Betting Errors

If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical issue, jl7 reserves the right to void or amend that bet. Abnormal winnings resulting from a software error may be cancelled.

• Bets cannot be changed once placed (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If a sports event is cancelled, your bet will be refunded.
• Odds changing during live betting is normal — your bet will be confirmed at the updated odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl7 to maintain the platform's integrity and security. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus arbitrage or any clear misuse of bonuses.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through your account.
• Attempting to hack or exploit the game software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Using another member's information to harass or harm them.
• Any fraudulent activity on the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Jl7 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Suspicious or illegal activity.
• At the member's own request.

Account Closure at Member's Request

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. The account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed. In the case of self-exclusion, it may not be possible to reactivate the account before the specified period has ended.

9 Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is jl7's highest priority. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction.

• Session Time Limit: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
